CHRISTMAS DELIVERY
LAST ORDER DATES FOR PRE-CHRISTMAS DELIVERY*
Any orders placed before the cut off time will be processed and dispatched with Royal Mail.
For Standard/Tracked UK Delivery - order by 23:59pm on Sunday 17th December, for all items to be shipped by Wednesday 20th December. Please allow 2-3 working days for all items to be delivered.
For International Standard/Tracked Delivery - order by 23:59pm on Thursday 7th December, for all items to be shipped by Monday 11th December. Please allow 5-10 working days for all items to be delivered.
Orders placed after these dates will be processed and dispatched by Thursday 21st December, but pre-Christmas delivery is not guaranteed.
Orders placed between Thursday 21st December and Thursday 4th January will be processed and dispatched w/c 8th January as we are closed for the festive period.
*Please note that STANDARD or TRACKED delivery times are an estimate and not guaranteed. We are preparing for extremely busy period coming up to Christmas and there may be unexpected delays which are beyond our control once your order leaves our warehouse.

CUSTOMER SERVICES
There may be a delay with our Customer Service team replying to your emails over the Christmas period, so please bear with us.
Our Customer Service hours are 10am - 4pm, Monday – Friday up to Thursday 21st December. After this, only urgent enquires may be answered. Our Customer Service team will be back at their desks full time on Thursday 4th January.
Orders received after 20th of December will be dispatched w/c Monday 8th of January.
EXTENDED EXCHANGES / RETURNS
Because it’s Christmas, we’re giving you a little longer to exchange or return any unwanted purchases or gifts. All items purchased between 01/11/2023 – 20/12/2023 may be returned until 15/01/2024 for an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (with the tags attached). Please note if your item/s are exchanges they cannot be sent back for a refund afterwards.
Refunds can only be made to the original payment method. If you are returning a gift this can either be exchanged for an alternative item/s* or we can issue a gift card to match the amount. We will confirm that we have received your exchange with an email. It could take 7-10 working days for your exchange/refund to be processed.
We cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of any returned parcels, so please keep your tracking number.
